It also includes performing routine actions which keep the device and software in working order or preventing trouble from arising. The actions include the combination of all technical and corresponding administrative, managerial, and supervision activities.

Areteinfo will follow the following maintenance schedules to maintain the solution/products during the warranty period:

Operational maintenance, where equipment/software is maintained during operations. In operational maintenance, we will plan our engineers visit once in every month so as to check all the devices and software installed and that the overall solution is working fine.

Preventive maintenance, where equipment is maintained before break down occurs. In Preventive maintenance we plan a quarterly visit of our maintenance team, which will check if the devices and software installed needs any updations. Complete overhauling of the solution is done on this visit so as to prevent the age related failures of the solution.

In preventive maintenance we also plan a Sr. Maintenance personnel visit to site after 6 months in order to check the maintenance activities are being performed in proper manner and to seek the customer feedback on the maintenance related issues. This visit is followed by a complete maintenance analysis document to be submitted to the customer.

Corrective maintenance, where equipment is maintained after break down occurs. In corrective maintenance our turn-around-time (TAT) is 4 hours from the time the complaint is logged with us. Our engineer visits within 4 hours and does the initial level maintenance. We commit a maximum time of 24 working hours to resolve the problem.
